Welcome.  My name is Mark and I have been providing native spoken-private English services for nearly 30 years now.

My background is Foreign Language Studies-French (BA) and Linguistics (MA).  My history of experience includes 15 years in California, here in Silicon Valley, working with professionals from all parts of the world who came here as foreign talent, with amazing skills, just needing a little English assistance.

I recently spent 11 years in China, working at a college in Shanghai called SIPO Polytechnic, where we focused on Oral English, in the areas of Hospitality, Customs Declarations, Business English and more.

During that time I also provided private services for children aged 4-15, focusing on beginner second language acquisition.

Now I am back in California and currently working with SAT, ACT and AP Test Prep, alongwith College Entry Essays of course.
